If you don’t have time to wait in the office or prefer not to sit through the entire preparation process, our flexible options allow you to securely submit your documents and have your return completed without the wait. Whether you drop off your paperwork in person or upload it online, we’ll handle the rest efficiently, accurately, and with the same trusted service you expect.

Please gather all completed forms and any tax documents you’ve received—especially anything marked “Important Tax Documents” on the envelope—and either schedule a Drop-Off Service appointment or upload your documentation to our secure Client Portal.
Once received, our Tax Professionals will review your paperwork and contact you within 24 hours. If all required documents are submitted, a basic return is typically completed within that time. If we need additional information to maximize your refund, we’ll explain exactly what’s needed during our follow-up. Be sure to include reliable phone numbers so we can reach you quickly to resolve any outstanding questions. After your return is finalized, you’ll need to sign your documents before we can electronically file your return. This can be done easily by fax, through our Secure Client Portal, or in person by scheduling a signing appointment. With our Drop-Off Service, you don’t have to wait—just drop it off and go, and we’ll take care of the rest.
